All sorts of fun and frivolity to keep abreast of.
First - Book fair! There's going to be a Grandparent Breakfast on Tuesday February 5th (tomorrow!) and Thursday, February 7th, from 8:00 am-9:00 am. Our favorite tiny reader loves book fairs, and books in general, so if you'd like to attend, let me know and I'll send him with some extra money.
Second - Fun Fest. I don't really know what this is, but it's going to be Saturday, March 16, from 11am-2pm. Probably a PTO fundraiser of some sort. I don't even know if we're attending.
Last - Paper recycling. Okay, so this is neither fun nor frivolous, but I'm still going to tell you about it. The school has two big green dumpsters in the parking lot. If you put in recyclable paper (newspapers, magazines, flat cardboard boxes, catalogs, office paper, and mail), the school earns money.
